Key responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess tender opportunities
• Manage Prospect’s projects portfolio
• Coordinate and/or participate to tender preparation (including bid writing) and management till contract award
• Develop Prospect’s Network of Experts
• Increase Prospect’s visibility in the sector

• Master degree in a relevant field e.g. Environment, Climate, Natural Resource Management, Political Sciences, Economics, Development studies
• Full proficiency in written and spoken English and French, fluency in another EU language is an asset

• At least 2 years’ experience of business development in the international development market and in managing projects funded by international donors such as European Union, World Bank, EIB, Enabel, etc
• A strong commercial understanding regarding the market, competition, and practices
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative, to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong IT skills – MS Teams, Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills – Ability to interact and motivate people
• Strong organisational skills
• Proactive and problem solving oriented
