EuropeAid Beneficiaries FrameWork Contract
The framework Contract (FWC) is a procedure for awarding service contracts for EU external action. The EuropeAid Cooperation Office adopt this instrument for short-term technical assistance assignments covering the whole range of project cycle operations.
The Framework Contract Beneficiaries consists of 13 lots corresponding to 13 technical fields. We are part of a consortium on the lot 1: Rural development and food security.

It is an instrument for fast recruiting of experts. In operational terms, it means that experts can be available within 17 days of issuing the request.
In this frame, we receive regularly Terms of Reference (ToR) for Request for Services (RfS) in various fields of activity and expertise linked to rural development and/or food security.
We publish these opportunities on the ‘job opportunities’ page of the website (with ‘framework contract’ mentioned as status). If you are interested in one of these projects, you then have to contact us. We then select within the candidature received by the different consortium members the experts that will make up the team that we present in the offer to the European Commission.
