Environment
The company started off its work in the environmental sector. Already in 1995, our contribution to examining alternatives to the production and consumption of the ozone-depleting substances hydro-chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) and methyl bromide (CH3Br) was a key element in the adoption by Member States of a new and more stringent regulation of these substances at EU level. Since then, we have carried out work in a number of other fields reflecting the importance of environmental integration in policy development and implementation.Air quality, air emissions, water quality, waste management, nature conservation, sustainable forestry, sustainable development indicators, reporting on the state of the environment, publications (newsletter), GIS and remote sensing applied to the environment are among our areas of expertise.
