What we do
Created in 1994, Prospect has successfully tendered for and implemented projects and studies across a wide-range of countries in the environment, rural development, intelligent energy and good governance sectors. In addition Prospect has delivered an array of project management and institutional development services.
The history of the company is linked to its involvement into environmental assignments in the EU-15 and in other European countries, mainly EU candidate and accession countries, contributing to their efforts in relation to the EU enlargement process.
In parallel, we have been contracted by the Belgian development co-operation agency (BTC-CTB), the African Bank of Development (ABD) and EuropeAid to implement studies and evaluations dealing with rural and sustainable development. We also work on the accompanying administrative decentralization process and development of good governance practices.
Recently we have started to tackle the ‘intelligent energy’ sector, an important issue linked to the key environmental concern: climate change. Within these sectors our clients are mainly international and national institutions, but we work also for private organisations and NGOs.
