Prospect consortium wins project on IPPC Directive in BiH
Prospect C&S, along with it’s partners Safege (FR) and Witteveen + Bos (NL), have been selected by the EC Delegation to support the government in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) in their efforts to implement the IPPC Directive.
This two-year programme of support will be focused on building capacity of both the BiH authorities and industry in the planning and enforcement of the directive. The core of this work will be the development of an IPPC Implementation Plan. This plan will ensure that a Pollution Release and Transfer Register (PRTR) and Best Available Technology (BAT) guidelines will be developed and that the provisions of the directive become a key part of the decision-making in the respective institutions.
