Biodiversity & Environment Assessment for Beersel Community
Prospect C&S was approached by a local community association to outline the potential environmental and biodiversity impacts of the possible building development of a green area in the Beersel Community (Vlaams Brabant). The area has been designated as an area of biological value and Prospect C&S developed a document with supporting arguments for the legal objection to the development plans. The document contained an overview of the main threats to the fauna, flora, landscape and surrounding areas, as well as providing a list of all legal instruments that concern the area.
